When you land
- With a driver: after baggage claim, your driver waits in the arrivals area, often with a name board. Turn on WhatsApp so the driver can find you.
- Self-drive: our staff meet you at the agreed point for a short handover check of the car's condition, fuel level and documents.
International arrivals take longer because of immigration. Drivers allow for this.

From Kualanamu you can join the toll road towards Tebing Tinggi and Siantar without passing through Medan, which makes Lake Toba especially convenient.
Returning at the airport
Allow enough time to return the car before check-in. On a self-drive rental, refuel close to the airport so the level matches the handover.
