Documents
- ID card (KTP) (or passport for foreign nationals)
- A valid SIM A driving licence
- An active social media account for identity verification
- For companies: business licence (NIB/SIUP), tax number (NPWP) and an official booking letter
Verification
- Send your documents by WhatsApp or email
- We match your ID, licence and booking
- An eligibility check, such as confirming your address or workplace
- Approval and scheduling of the handover

Rates
Self-drive rates are the vehicle rate only, with no driver:

The Hiace and Elf are not available for self-drive.
Insurance and excess
All vehicles are All Risk. If damage occurs, an own-risk amount applies per incident: Rp 500,000 for mid-size cars, Rp 1,000,000 for the Fortuner, Civic and Camry.
At handover
- Photograph the car all round, including existing scratches
- Note the fuel level and odometer
- Make sure the STNK is in the car
At return
- Return with the same fuel level
- Remove rubbish from the cabin
- Return on time; overtime is 10% of the daily rate per hour
If verification is not possible
Rental with a driver is always available with just an ID card.
