Driver fees
- In town (Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang, Kualanamu): from Rp 150,000/day
- Out of town (Berastagi, Lake Toba, Bukit Lawang and beyond): from Rp 250,000/day
The fee rises with the vehicle class. The Hiace and Elf include a driver.
Self-drive or with a driver?
- With a driver: an ID card or passport is enough, with no parking or navigation stress
- Self-drive: ID card, driving licence (SIM A), an active social media account for verification, and an eligibility check

- Choose with driver or self-drive, and in town or out of town
- Enter your details and pay by virtual account, QRIS or e-wallet
No account needed. The vehicle is reserved as soon as payment is confirmed.
Rules to know
- Overtime: 10% of the daily rate per hour; more than 5 hours counts as a day
- Cancellation: free more than 2 days ahead; 50% of the deposit 1 day ahead
- Insurance: All Risk on every vehicle
- Booking: at least 1 day ahead; 3 days for the Alphard and S-Class

- Families and airport runs: Avanza or Xpander
- Lake Toba and Berastagi: Innova Reborn or Zenix
