Nearby Car Rental with Pick-up at Your Address
Car rental with pick-up at your address: how collection at your home, office or hotel works, and how handover works for self-drive rentals.
Contents
People search for a nearby car rental because they want it fast and hassle-free. With pick-up at your address, you never need to visit the rental office.
With a driver: collected at your door
- Book online and choose the address/hotel pick-up point
- Write the full address and a landmark in the notes
- The driver contacts you on WhatsApp before arriving
- The car waits outside your home, office or hotel lobby
At the end of the rental, the driver takes you back to the same address or anywhere else.
Self-drive: handover at an agreed point
For self-drive rentals, handover takes place at our office or an agreed point once document verification is complete. At handover:
- Check the bodywork and photograph any scratches
- Check the fuel level and odometer
- Make sure the vehicle registration (STNK) is in the car
See the rental car handover checklist.
